Next week May 8th-12th, it’s Teacher Appreciation Week.

We all know how much hard work our teacher’s put in educating our children.  Have your children do something special or bring a little gift to show their appreciation for their teachers each day of next week.

Petra Christian Academy Event Planning Team (EPT) would like to make this a remarkable week for our great Teachers! We need both parents and students help to make next week special.

Monday, May 8th: Homemade card or a fresh flower. Write something nice on the card that you would like your teacher to know or bring a fresh flower that will brighten their day.

Tuesday, May 9th: This day be extra helpful to your teacher. Do things for him/her without being asked. Pick up trash, don’t talk to your neighbors, bring your homework, etc….

Wednesday, May 10th: Today bring your teacher’s favorite drink, fruit, or gift card that will put a smile on their face.

Thursday, May 11th: Compliments! Give your teacher and classmates compliments for a day.

Friday, May 12th: Our teachers are kind and sweet. On this last day, bring your teacher their favorite treat!

*Parents please remind and encourage your child to take part in Teacher Appreciation Week. The week will only be special with everyone’s participation! Thank You!
